About Amy

Amy Prevatt graduated with honors from the University of South Florida in 1990 with a Bachelor’s Degree and interned with Judge Harry Lee Coe III. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson College of Law, and is licensed to practice in the state of Florida, and also currently licensed in Federal Court for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida. Ms. Prevatt is currently concentrating her practice primarily in personal injury and criminal defense practice.

Ms. Prevatt is member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association (Community Liaison Committee) , the American Association for Justice, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers as well as a member of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers.
